Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily front-of-house restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, including waiters, hosts, and bartenders, to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by proactively addressing feedback, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently to optimize dining experiences and table turnover.
- Monitor inventory levels for dining supplies, beverages, and other essentials, initiating orders as required.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the dining area.
- Assist in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, productive, and respectful work environment for all team members.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
