Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to high standards of food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of supplies to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dining area and kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures among staff.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement operational efficiencies.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and functional, reporting any repair needs.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software (POS systems).
