Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers, fostering a high-performance team.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently, proactively addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to maximize capacity and minimize wait times.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality standards, ensuring all dishes and drinks meet established specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the dining area, ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies to maintain optimal operational levels.
  • Process payments accurately, handle cash, and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling, security, and preparation for the next shift.
  • Enforce all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery and efficient communication.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their growth.
