Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions for new restaurant staff across various roles (e.g., waiting staff, kitchen assistants, hosts).
- Support training managers in creating, updating, and distributing engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and visual aids.
- Observe new employees during their initial shifts, providing constructive feedback and hands-on guidance under the supervision of senior staff.
- Help facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, understand company policies, and are integrated smoothly into the team.
- Maintain accurate training records, track employee progress, and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Act as a point of contact for new team members, answering questions and providing support related to their training and initial job responsibilities.
- Ensure all training activities comply with company standards, health and safety regulations, and exceptional customer service protocols.
Required Skills
