Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using a POS system and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and address any concerns proactively.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and hygienically.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, workstations, and equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
