Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and informing them of daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor table needs, refilling drinks, clearing dishes, and anticipating additional requests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and allergen information.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with a polite and efficient manner.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
