Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and seat guests in the dining area.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding to requests efficiently.
- Clear tables, set up new place settings, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for food and customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A professional and polite demeanour.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
