Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed information when asked (e.g., about daily specials, ingredients, or allergens).
- Accurately take food and drink orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems or manual order pads.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to anticipate and fulfill additional needs or requests.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare tables for new guests, including setting up silverware, glasses, and napkins.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness and organization as needed.
- Process bill payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other waiting staff to ensure seamless service.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.

- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
