Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, escorting them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipating needs and proactively addressing any concerns.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas efficiently, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
