Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon their arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all service standards.
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs and requests throughout their dining experience.
- Clear tables efficiently, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
