Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare and serve food items according to Nando's standards and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including cutting, marinating, and cooking chicken.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Replenish stock, manage inventory, and assist with receiving deliveries.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and harmonious operations.
