Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, personalized service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns/exchanges.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Process incoming shipments, unpack merchandise, and organize stockroom inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high operational standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the store, ensuring security and cleanliness.
- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving approach.
