Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelves, aisles, and checkout areas.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on shelves, ensuring products are well-displayed and correctly priced.
- Assist with incoming deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory management.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security standards.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns to enhance sales and customer engagement.
