Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, providing product information and locating items.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, card payments, and other payment methods.
- Efficiently stock shelves, ensuring products are well-organized, neatly displayed, and correctly priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe shopping environment, including aisles, checkout areas, and product displays.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, verifying quantities, and storing goods appropriately.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by assisting colleagues and collaborating on daily tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Participate in promotional activities and assist with store merchandising efforts to attract customers.
