Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, locating items, and providing information.
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment, including shelving, aisles, and checkout areas.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring proper rotation and merchandising standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking new merchandise, verifying contents against invoices.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues and management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures.
- Learn about products and promotions to effectively inform and assist customers.

- Strong verbal communication abilities in English and Sesotho.
