Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash, card transactions, and manage daily sales reconciliation accurately.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays and shelves.
- Receive, unpack, and price merchandise, ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory management.
- Assist with stock counts and identifying low stock items for replenishment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through active communication and cooperation.
