Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and manage returns/exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service, answering product questions when needed.
  • Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store appearance during downtimes.
  • Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding cash handling and security.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to handle cash and manage transactions accurately.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math proficiency.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg.
