Key Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting with inquiries, and resolving minor issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist with merchandising tasks, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are clearly priced.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security.
- Proactively learn new product information and company promotions to better assist customers.
- Support inventory management through basic stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
