Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, locating items, and providing information.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Replenish shelves, ensure products are correctly priced, displayed, and rotated to maintain freshness and appeal.
- Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and assist with inventory counts and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including aisles, checkout areas, and storage rooms.
- Assist with merchandising and promotional displays to attract customers and drive sales.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve daily targets.
