Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting all customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and problem-solving to ensure satisfaction.
- Process sales efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including merchandising, cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
- Actively participate in the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock deliveries.
- Handle cash and card transactions with care and precision, adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock control procedures as required.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
