Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations within a designated department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage stock levels, ensure accurate inventory, and oversee merchandise presentation and visual standards.
- Conduct regular team training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols.
- Assist in scheduling, performance reviews, and general HR administrative tasks for the department team.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash management, daily reconciliations, and secure opening and closing procedures for your section.
- Collaborate with store management to implement promotional activities and special events.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a retail supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrable experience in merchandising, visual display, and stock management.
