Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with finding products, providing information, and resolving inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Replenish shelves, ensuring products are correctly priced, displayed, and rotated according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including aisles, display areas, and stockrooms.
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently at the till point when required.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to management.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal displays to enhance sales and customer engagement.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure smooth store functioning.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift, and carry merchandise (up to 20kg)
