Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operational functions of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of retail associates, fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, profit margins, and operational KPIs through strategic planning and execution.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock control, minimize shrinkage, and oversee timely replenishment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the store.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development for store staff.
