Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments, verifying accuracy against invoices.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring it is clean, safe, and systematically arranged for easy access.
- Actively replenish sales floor with products from the stockroom, ensuring shelves and displays are consistently stocked and neatly presented.
- Assist with merchandise display setups and ensure strict adherence to planograms and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management promptly.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently after receiving proper training, if required.
- Provide support to sales associates and management by quickly locating merchandise or answering stock-related inquiries.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail for accurate stocking and inventory management.
