Job Description
Career.zycto is actively seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team in Fajuyi, Ado-Ekiti. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing excellent service and product information.
- Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management, and restock shelves as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
