Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service, assisting with product inquiries and selections.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, performing stock counts, and identifying replenishment needs.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by engaging customers and promoting special offers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and sales ethics.
