Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information and personalized recommendations.
- Accurately process sales transactions using our point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including tidying displays and common areas.
- Replenish stock efficiently, ensuring products are correctly displayed, priced, and readily available.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Actively learn about new products, promotions, and company services to effectively inform customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines and loss prevention.
