Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing outstanding service.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Stay informed about current products, promotions, and sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Participate in inventory counts and help with receiving and unpacking new shipments.
