Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers on the sales floor with a friendly and proactive approach.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, and current promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and usage effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional post-sale support.
- Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining an organized and appealing sales floor.

Required Skills
