Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and engage them in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs.
- Present and demonstrate Econet Telecom Lesotho's products and services, including mobile plans, devices, internet solutions, and value-added services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide expert advice and solutions, ensuring customers select the best products and services for their requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical support with patience and expertise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Educate customers on new technologies and digital services offered by Econet.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and store operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service-oriented role (minimum 6 months).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Sesotho.
- A strong passion for technology and telecommunications.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry.
- A diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
