Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in comprehensive training programs and workshops focused on retail operations, product knowledge, and advanced sales techniques.
- Greet customers warmly, build rapport, and proactively ascertain their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Learn and effectively communicate detailed product features, benefits, and pricing information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their individual requirements and demonstrate product usage where applicable.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously, escalating complex matters to supervisors when necessary.
