Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Unpack, sort, and organize products onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
- Replenish sales floor displays with fresh merchandise, ensuring proper stocking levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor, following all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize product availability.
- Inspect merchandise for quality and report any damages or discrepancies to management.
- Support the retail team by occasionally assisting customers with locating products or directing them to sales associates.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic communication skills.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and physical work.
- No prior retail or stocking experience required; we will provide training.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Familiarity with inventory procedures or basic warehousing concepts.
