Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers with product selection, offer recommendations, and answer inquiries.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
  • Restock shelves, arrange product displays, and perform inventory counts.
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
