Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, displays, and common areas.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise, ensuring proper inventory placement and rotation.
- Help monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with stock counts as required.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Support promotional activities and store events to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work atmosphere.
