Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain an inviting and tidy store environment, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and clearly priced.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process transactions, handle cash, and manage electronic payments.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise deliveries, including inventory tagging and display setup.
- Actively participate in visual merchandising efforts, helping to create attractive product displays and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently, escalating complex situations to management when necessary.
- Support store security measures by being vigilant and reporting any suspicious activities to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
