Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized styling advice and customer service to clients.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their style preferences and needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge.
- Maintain an immaculate and visually appealing store environment, including merchandising displays and fitting rooms.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, and replenishing stock.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, brands, and product features to better advise customers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns professionally.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a retail sales or styling role, preferably within a fashion boutique (minimum 2 years).
