Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee visual merchandising efforts, ensuring product displays are appealing, current, and reflect brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and courteously, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts, replenishment, receiving, and loss prevention strategies.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members for their growth.
- Train new employees on product knowledge, sales techniques, operational procedures, and company culture.
- Process transactions accurately, manage cash handling procedures, and prepare daily sales reports.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment for both staff and customers at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail supervision or a similar leadership role, demonstrating strong team management abilities.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, effective sales techniques, and exceptional customer service principles.
