Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Retail Supervisor in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets through active participation and motivation.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, resolving customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash, and manage inventory as required.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training new team members, and providing constructive feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist in stock counts.
- Support the implementation of promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
