Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and organization are consistently maintained.
- Manage inventory, conduct stock takes, process deliveries, and ensure efficient stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to the team.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Act as a key holder, responsible for store security and safety protocols.
- Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks and strategic planning.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role (minimum 3 years).
