Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
- Assist with employee scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the implementation of promotional activities and sales strategies.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
