Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, deposits, and security protocols.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising standards are maintained across the sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, manage incoming shipments, and prevent loss.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Train new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and operational summaries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to store efficiency.

- Proven experience in retail operations and team supervision.
