Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and unbox returned merchandise, verifying contents against documentation.
  • Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of products to identify damage, defects, or missing components.
  • Accurately document all findings, including product condition, reasons for return, and necessary actions, using our internal systems.
  • Sort and categorize returned items based on their disposition (e.g., repair, restocking, scrap, vendor return).
  • Assist with basic data entry and inventory updates related to returns processing.
  • Ensure all returned items are handled with care to prevent further damage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the returns processing area.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
