- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of products to identify damage, defects, or missing components.
- Accurately document all findings, including product condition, reasons for return, and necessary actions, using our internal systems.
- Sort and categorize returned items based on their disposition (e.g., repair, restocking, scrap, vendor return).
- Assist with basic data entry and inventory updates related to returns processing.
- Ensure all returned items are handled with care to prevent further damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the returns processing area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and resolve discrepancies.
