As a Rice Mill Helper, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our rice milling facility, ensuring smooth workflow from raw material intake to final product packaging. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw paddy rice and finished milled rice products.
- Operate and monitor basic milling machinery under supervision, ensuring efficient and safe performance.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the mill area, machinery, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Sort and inspect rice grains for quality control, removing impurities and defective grains.
- Bag, weigh, and stack milled rice according to company specifications and packaging standards.
- Transport materials within the mill using hand trucks or other designated equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and procedures.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Support other team members and supervisors as needed to ensure overall operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality checks as required.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy bags (up to 50kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
