Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on roads, including patching potholes, crack sealing, and asphalt repair.
- Clear debris, litter, and obstructions from roadways, shoulders, and drainage systems to ensure safe passage.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, such as shovels, rakes, jackhammers, and compactors.
- Assist in the setting up and dismantling of traffic control measures, including signs and cones, to ensure worker and public safety.
- Flag traffic as needed to direct vehicles and pedestrians around work zones.
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment from trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Inspect roads for damage and report findings to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule and to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites and company vehicles.

- Certification in basic first aid and CPR.
