Key Responsibilities
- Prepare roadbeds and clear sites for construction or repair.
- Operate various hand and power tools, including shovels, rakes, jackhammers, and compactors.
- Lay and finish asphalt, concrete, and other road materials.
- Perform pothole repairs, crack sealing, and general road surface maintenance.
- Install and repair road signs, guardrails, and other traffic control devices.
- Assist with traffic management by setting up cones and barriers.
- Operate heavy equipment such as rollers, pavers, and small excavators (with proper certification/training).
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload materials and supplies.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Required Skills
- Proven physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications
