Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians in setting up and tearing down job sites, including ladders, safety equipment, and cleaning apparatus.
- Perform manual tasks such as scrubbing, rinsing, and applying cleaning solutions under direct supervision.
- Carefully handle and transport equipment and materials to and from work vehicles and job sites.
- Ensure the protection of surrounding landscaping, windows, and property during cleaning operations.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of fall protection and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and cared for.
- Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or concerns to the lead technician promptly.
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and cleaning at the end of each workday.
- Represent Career.zycto professionally and courteously when interacting with clients and the public.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders and sloped roofs (with proper safety training and equipment).
- Strong work ethic and reliability, including punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred, but not strictly required for initial helper role).
