Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and mini-bar items according to established standards.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items and report them promptly to supervision for resolution.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are cleaned to the highest quality standards within the allotted time frame to meet operational deadlines.
- Maintain a professional, discreet, and friendly demeanor while respecting guest privacy and handling belongings with utmost care.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to guest requests, such as extra amenities or turndown service, providing excellent service at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
