Join our dedicated hospitality team as a Room Attendant, where you will be instrumental in ensuring an exceptional guest experience through meticulous care and presentation of our hotel rooms and public areas. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure all guest rooms and common areas are maintained to pristine conditions. Your day will involve expertly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, making beds with precision, dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors. Beyond these core duties, you will also be tasked with replenishing amenities, changing linens, and ensuring all guest supplies are adequately stocked. We value individuals who take pride in their work and possess a keen eye for detail, noticing even the smallest imperfections and correcting them promptly.

This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a friendly, respectful demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues. You will be expected to report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or unusual occurrences to your supervisor promptly, ensuring a safe and functional environment for everyone. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish guest room supplies and amenities according to established standards.
  • Ensure all public areas and corridors are maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken items promptly to supervision.
  • Handle lost and found items according to company policy.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and proper usage of cleaning chemicals.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.
  • Assist with deep cleaning projects and special requests as needed.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, reporting needs to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or similar role.
