Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and conduct daily inspections of rooms and designated areas to ensure adherence to established cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive inspection checklists and protocols.
- Identify and document maintenance issues, cleanliness discrepancies, and potential hazards, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of room inspection staff, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational departments to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspection findings, corrective actions, and team performance.
