Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and precisely execute floor plans and event specifications for diverse room setups.
- Accurately arrange and configure furniture, equipment (e.g., tables, chairs, staging), and audio-visual gear (projectors, screens, microphones).
- Ensure all setup elements consistently comply with stringent health and safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-event checks to confirm all equipment is fully functional and rooms are pristine.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to last-minute setup changes or requests from clients and event managers.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and orderliness of all storage areas and work equipment.
- Assist with the efficient dismantling of setups and properly storing all equipment after events.
